Shane, as a single parent, has done a wonderful job of raising his boys.Dog wise? Given what we were after with our 11th GSD, Shane delivered. There is no perfect dog, but there are breeders that make up the difference. Yes, I'd recommend Vertrauen and Shane to anyone that understands the breed.
I was their once and I was pleased, did not buy a dog. I lost samba two years ago and just starting to get over.
Absolutely love our dog. Our cousin, who trains military and police dogs, had a friend that is in Americas military dog training community that highly recommended him as one of the only German Shepherd Breeders in the country. Shane is great too:)
Incredible dog...My husband got our German Shepherd, Faith, while I was on vacation. I was nervous to come home to a new dog but I soon fell in love with her. Faith's temperament is amazing and she sleeps with my kids every night. Thank you for being such a responsible breeder. The next dog I get will be from Shane.
People beware ..... I was saving for my German Shepherd for a long time , and this is what I got. I bought a dog from him and he promised me to send the AKC papers six months after purchase....it's been 3 1/2 years still waiting . I tried to contact him many times but every time he was giving me some stupid excuses . Nice German Shepherd's but forget about AKC papers ... for the price of the dogs you would expect to be more professional . Good advice go look for your puppy somewhere else .
